About C.D Jones

C. D. Jones is an author who believes the best adventures happen in worlds you can completely lose yourself in. Her frequent travels to Paris and love of exploring hidden corners of cities have inspired the rich mythological landscapes and urban settings that drive her storytelling.

Drawing inspiration from classic tales like Dracula, The Count of Monte Cristo, and The Alchemist, C. D. weaves ancient mythology into modern settings, creating stories where ordinary places hide extraordinary secrets. Her debut young adult urban fantasy, Namtar – The Night Plague, launches The Namtar Series, blending Atlantean lore with contemporary vampire mythology.

When she's not writing about crystal-powered warriors or ancient bloodlines, you'll find C. D. at her favorite pizzeria (the kind that serves traditional style without sauce—trust her on this), always searching for magic hiding in plain sight. She's also the author of Luther the Cat, published under C. Delaney Jones.

C. D. currently lives with her "wild child" spirit intact and firmly believes that the most interesting stories begin when you start paying attention to the mysteries already around you.
